Clean your Rajn rubber boots with a microfibre-cloth and soapy water. You can remove the insole, and clean it separately. After cleaning, let them air dry naturally at room temperature.
Boots made of natural rubber can turn slightly white after a while. This is called blooming and occures because Rajn boots are made of milk of the rubber tree (lactae hevea). That milk is white, and can appear as a white residu at the surface of the boots. It is a natural process and shows that the boots are made of high quality rubber. The white residu can be easily removed with a cloth. Regular treatment with a rubber care spray keeps the natural rubber soft and supple, and will prevent blooming.
To preserve the boots in good condition, store them in a dry and cool place. Avoid exposing them to extreme heat or frost to prevent damage.
